Creating a custom band for unique notches isn't just about cutting leather—it requires heavy engineering and precision. The process starts when you bring your watch (and any leftover pieces of the original band) into our workshop. From there, our artisans get to work:
- CAD Design: We digitally map the exact dimensions, notches, and angles of your specific watch case.
- Prototyping: We create a physical template and cut a prototype to test the exact fit directly on your watch.
- Refinement: We make any micro-adjustments necessary to ensure a flawless, secure connection before crafting the final piece.

Your original band likely failed because it was made with cheap fillers. Our custom bands are built to outlast the original. We use premium full-grain leather for the exterior, and when necessary, line the interior with full-grain leather as well. Hidden between these premium layers, we integrate a specialized stretch protector core. This reinforces the band against heavy, everyday wear and tear. It looks like a classic, elegant leather band, but it is engineered for extreme durability.

Q: How do we get started?
A: Bring your watch case and any remaining pieces of your old band into our Independence Center showroom. We will evaluate the notches, discuss leather and hardware options, and begin the CAD design process.
Q: Why do you need the old, broken band?
A: Even if it is in pieces, the original band gives us a perfect baseline reference for the exact thickness, notch depth, and hardware integration the original manufacturer used. If you don't have it, we can still build the band by measuring the watch case itself.
Q: Can you make it look exactly like my old one?
A: We can closely match the original style, color, and dimensions, but we will drastically upgrade the materials. We replace the standard factory "genuine leather" (which peels and cracks) with our premium full-grain leather and stretch-resistant core.
