Frequently Asked Questions

I live out of state or overseas. How does the warranty work?

Distance is not an issue. Our warranty process mirrors our standard mail-in service. Simply follow the instructions on our Mail-In Watch Repair page to securely package and ship your timepiece to our Kansas City workshop. Once received, our watchmakers will evaluate the piece. If the required repair is covered under your warranty, you will not be charged for the repair services or parts.

Who is responsible for shipping costs on a warranty claim?

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. As explained on our Mail-In Watch Repair page, you must include a prepaid return shipping label in the box when securely shipping your watch to our Independence, MO workshop for evaluation.

I lost my original receipt. Can I still use my warranty?

The original proof of purchase (sales receipt or order confirmation email) is required to validate your warranty. If you have lost your receipt, we cannot process a claim unless you previously registered your product online. If your product is registered, we may be able to regenerate your receipt. Otherwise, we will not be able to cover any item under warranty without valid proof of purchase. Please note that bank statements are not sufficient. You can register your product here.

I received this watch as a gift. How do I claim the warranty?

If you received the watch as a gift, please obtain the original order number or a copy of the sales receipt from the purchaser. This information is required to process any warranty claims.

What happens if my watch needs a repair after the 1-year warranty expires?

We are a full-service watch repair shop! Even after your 1-year warranty has expired, we are more than happy to service, repair, or restore your timepiece. Out-of-warranty repairs are simply subject to our standard service fees.

I accidentally wore my watch in the pool and it stopped working. Is this covered?

No. While our watches are designed to be water-resistant to withstand everyday splashes, they are not waterproof. Damage caused by swimming, showering, or submersion is explicitly excluded from warranty coverage.
