NINE Leather & Watch Watch Warranty

NINE Leather & Watch is committed to providing quality timepieces. This warranty outlines the terms and conditions of coverage for watches purchased from NINE Leather & Watch. This warranty applies to all watches sold by NINE Leather & Watch, including:

  • House-built watches
  • Modified watches
  • No-name watches
  • Fashion brand watches
  • Well-known brand watches

1. Coverage Period:

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

2. What is Covered:

This warranty covers the following components of your NINE Leather & Watch watch:

  • Dial
  • Movement
  • Hands

This warranty also covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

3. What is NOT Covered:

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including:
    • Scratches, dents, and chips to the case, crystal, or any external parts
    • Fading or changes in the finish of the case or band
  • The watch battery (quartz watches come with one free battery replacement within the first year of purchase)
  • Damage caused by accidents, dropping, impact, or misuse
  • Damage caused by improper handling of mechanical watches, including overwinding (most mechanical watches have overwinding protection, but if your watch doesn't, it will damage the movement)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Watch straps and bands, unless upgraded to our 1-year or lifetime warranty full-grain leather bands
  • Water damage

4. Water Resistance:

Our watches are water-resistant but not waterproof. They are not suitable for diving, swimming, showering, or any activity involving prolonged submersion in water. If your watch gets wet, it must be dried immediately. Water damage is not covered under this warranty.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

  • To make a warranty claim, you must present the original proof of purchase (sales receipt). Bank statements cannot be used as proof of purchase, as they do not show specific purchase details.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions is not covered.

6. Limitation of Liability:

NINE Leather & Watch shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the watch. Our sole responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion. If replacement is necessary and the same model is not available, NINE Leather & Watch may offer a similar model or store credit to the customer for future purchases. (No refund after 7 days of purchase.)

7. How to Make a Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service Department at 571-451-5812 or info@nineleather.co for instructions. You may be required to provide photographs or videos of the defect.
