Step 1: Pack It Right

• 📦 Pack Securely: Wrap the watch in bubble wrap and use a sturdy box. Do not use a standard paper envelope; machines will crush it.
• 🛡️ Insure It: Do not cut corners. Insure your package for the full replacement value. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged on their way.
• 🔍 Keep Tracking: You must ship with a service that provides a Tracking Number. Save this number.

Step 2: The Paperwork

• 📄 Print the Form: Download the PDF below, print it, and place it inside the box.
• 🏷️ Return Label: REQUIRED. You must purchase a pre-paid Return Shipping Label and include it inside the box so we can send it back.

Step 3: Receipt & Estimate

• 📥 Intake: Once we receive your package, we immediately check for any damage caused by the carrier.
• 🛠️ Assessment: If you requested a specific service (e.g., Battery), we proceed immediately.
• 📞 On-Call Estimate: If you requested an estimate, or if we find hidden issues, we will contact you with a quote before performing any work.

Step 4: Invoice & Return

• 💳 Digital Invoice: Once work is complete, we will email you a secure digital invoice.
• 🚚 Return Shipping: As soon as the invoice is paid, we will package your watch and ship it back using the Return Label you provided.
• ✅ Completion: You receive a final tracking email.
