Billing, Renewals & Cancellations
- Annual Auto-Renew: Memberships are billed annually. Your card on file will be charged automatically on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
- Cancellations: You may cancel at any time, but please cancel before your renewal date. We will send an automated reminder email no less than 15 days prior to your renewal date. Membership charges are strictly non-refundable once processed.
- Use It or Lose It: Unused membership benefits and service credits do not roll over to the following year.
General Discount Rules
- All Your Watches Are Covered: Your membership benefits apply to every watch you personally own.
- Mention Before Checkout: You must inform our staff of your membership before finalizing a purchase. We cannot apply discounts retroactively to completed transactions.
- Limitations: Discounts apply only to in-stock items and cannot be combined with any other sales, deals, or promotional offers.
- Service Scope: Benefits are only valid for the specific brands, models, and services that NINE Leather & Watch officially handles.
- Fair Use: Fraudulent use of membership perks will result in immediate cancellation of your account.
Battery Replacement Guidelines
- Standard Batteries: Free or discounted battery replacements apply fully to standard batteries priced at $20 or less.
- Premium Batteries: For batteries costing more than $20, a maximum discount of $20 is applied. (For example: On a $25 battery replacement, a Diamond member pays just $5, while Silver/Gold members pay $15).
- Luxury & Rechargeable Exclusions: High-end luxury brands (e.g., Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Breitling, Grand Seiko), gold-plated watches, and rechargeable watches (Solar/Kinetic) are not eligible for the "free battery" benefit. However, members still receive a discount on these premium services.
Watch Band & Service Credits
- Band Discounts: Redeeming your 50% or 75% off watch band discount counts as one (1) service credit.
- Installation: Depending on the complexity of the watch, the actual installation of the new band may require the use of a second service credit.
