At NINE Leather & Watch, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on our handcrafted leather goods and a One-Year Warranty on both curated items and watches, reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction.
Lifetime Warranty: NINE Leather & Watch Handcrafted Leather Goods
We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all leather goods designed and handcrafted in our own workshop. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for the lifetime of the product.
What's Covered:
- Defects in materials, such as faulty stitching, hardware malfunctions, or premature leather failure.
- Defects in craftsmanship, such as errors in assembly or construction.
What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and patina development.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.
- Damage caused by alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than NINE Leather & Watch.
- Products that are not designed and made by us. (Curated items, watches, etc.)
One-Year Warranty: Curated Items and Watches
We offer a One-Year Warranty on curated items and watches purchased from NINE Leather & Watch. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.
What's Covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functionality or performance of the product.
What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.
- Damage caused by alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than NINE Leather & Watch.
- Watch batteries, straps, or bracelets.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please contact us at info@nineleather.co or call us at (571) 218-9916 (Leather) or (571) 451-5812 (Watches). We will guide you through the process of making a claim. Please be prepared to provide:
- Your name and contact information.
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- A description of the defect.
- Photos of the product and the defect.
We will assess your claim and, if it is covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product.
