NINE Leather & Watch Leather Warranty Policy

This policy applies to all leather goods purchased on or after this date.
At NINE, we stand behind our Turkish heritage materials and artisan construction. Our warranties are tiered based on the design and durability of the item to ensure you receive a product built for longevity.
1. Coverage Tiers
✔ Limited Lifetime Warranty
Applies to all Unlined leather goods, including Custom-Designed and Popular unlined models.
- Materials: Faulty stitching, hardware malfunctions (snaps/buckles), or premature leather failure.
- Craftsmanship: Errors in assembly or construction from our workshop.
✔ One-Year Warranty
Applies to Curated items, Lined goods, and specific mechanisms.
- Lined Items: Covers goods featuring fabric liners and machine stitching.
- Mechanisms: Covers the internal pop-up mechanisms inside wallets.
2. What is NOT Covered
This warranty does NOT cover issues related to the following:
- Natural Aging: Scratches, scuffs, and the natural development of a patina over time.
- Misuse / Neglect: Damage caused by accidents, water exposure, fire, or lack of proper leather conditioning.
- External Alterations: Damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than NINE Leather & Watch.
- Public Repairs: Services performed on items brought in for repair (drop-off services) are subject to a separate service guarantee, not this product warranty.
- Bag Restoration: We do not offer public bag restoration; this warranty does not apply to external bag services.
Making a Claim & Proof of Purchase
IMPORTANT: You must present the original proof of purchase (sales receipt) to make a claim. No receipt, no warranty. Bank statements are not accepted as proof.
How to Claim: Contact our Leather Craft Department with photos of the defect.
