⚠️ Important Policy: Please Read
1. Strict Match Requirement
You are responsible for selecting the correct tier. If you purchase a Tier 1 warranty ($20) for a Tier 3 watch ($800), your warranty is void. We do not validate this at the time of purchase—we validate it when you file a claim. If the tiers do not match, we cannot honor the service.
2. No Refunds on Warranty Plans
Warranty purchases are final and non-refundable.
3. Correcting a Mistake (30-Day Window)
If you accidentally purchase the wrong tier, you may request a correction within 30 days. To do this, you must first purchase the correct plan, then email us to refund the accidental/incorrect purchase. We cannot upgrade/downgrade plans manually; it must be a new transaction.
