Our Repair Process
Most repairs are handled as a drop-off service to ensure our artisans have the dedicated time required for a professional finish. However, for simple repairs—such as hole punching or basic adjustments—we may offer while-you-wait service depending on the availability of our leather craftspeople on-site.
*Please note: While we restore designer bags for our own curated inventory, we do not currently offer public bag restoration services.

Custom Designed Goods
Our custom collection features small leather goods designed for longevity. Utilizing Turkish heritage leather, we create essentials that prioritize structural integrity over temporary trends.
The Unlined Standard
NINE custom-designed goods are intentionally unlined. Fabric liners are often the first point of failure in leather goods—they tear, stain, and trap moisture. By eliminating fabric, we create a more rugged, all-leather product that ages gracefully.
This design choice allows the natural texture of the Turkish hide to shine and enables us to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our custom-designed leather items.
