International Shipping (Worldwide)

We are thrilled to now offer worldwide shipping! International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • No Surprise Fees at Delivery: We process international orders through a managed market system. This means all applicable customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are calculated and collected securely at checkout. You pay everything upfront, ensuring a smooth delivery with absolutely no surprise bills from customs when your package arrives.
  • Customs Delays: While we guarantee your taxes and duties are handled, NINE Leather & Watch cannot control how quickly your local Customs and Border Protection clears the package.

 

Processing Your Order

  • Stocked Items: We typically process and ship ready-made orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Made-to-Order & Custom Items: If you ordered a handcrafted or personalized item, please allow 3-5 business days for our artisans to craft your piece before it ships.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If a component of your order is out of stock, it may take up to 2 weeks to ship. We will communicate with you immediately to keep you updated!
  • Peak Seasons: During heavy holiday rushes, processing times may take slightly longer. We deeply appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Methods & Tracking

Carriers: We utilize trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your package arrives safely.

Tracking: The moment your order is boxed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

 

Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Double-Check Your Address: Please verify your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is accurate and complete. We want to avoid any delivery hiccups, and we cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
