You Route Them to Us
Instead of paying for international return shipping, you provide the customer our KC Metro facility address and an RMA number.
We Fix & Ship
We receive the watch, swap the movement, test it if requested, and mail it directly back to the customer in a few days. We bill you a flat rate at the end of the month.
