At NINE Leather & Watch, we are a family-owned local business committed to the quality of every item we craft and service. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help make it right with clear, simple terms.
Returns
- 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery to initiate a return request. We find this brief window helps us keep our inventory pristine and prices fair.

Item Condition: All returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

Watches: A watch is considered used and ineligible for return:
- once the bracelet has been adjusted, either by us, another professional, or by you, the customer.
- If you choose to wear your new watch out of the store immediately after purchase.

Final Sale Items: These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized/Customized/Custom/Made-to-Order Items
- Restored Watches (due to the specialized and labor-intensive nature of the restoration service)
- Final Sale Discounted Merchandise (items explicitly marked as "Final Sale")
- Discounted Merchandise (Non-Final Sale): Eligible for return within the 7-day window. If purchased under a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the value of the promotion will be adjusted from your refund.
Refunds & Exchanges: Keeping it Local
We aim to process all refunds quickly once the returned item is inspected. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Special Note for In-Store Shoppers: As a thank you for shopping locally, we are happy to process full exchanges for your purchase right away, waiving the restocking fee entirely.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund and cover any associated return shipping costs.
Watch Repair Services Policy
Our repairs are designed to keep your treasured timepieces running smoothly.
- Service Commitment: Once a repair service has been started, it cannot be cancelled, and completed services are non-refundable.

| Battery Replacements | 1-Year Battery Warranty | The replacement battery is warranted against failure for one full year from the date of service. This warranty is valid unless the battery fails due to the watch movement failing, water damage, or an underlying issue causing excessive battery drain. |
| Battery Failure Diagnosis | Not Applicable | If a new battery fails and the 1-Year Warranty is voided due to movement failure/damage, we will perform an inspection and offer a discount on the battery replacement cost toward any further necessary repairs. |
